We will chat through the following so I can understand exactly what your ideal piece of furniture will look like.

What are the maximum dimensions of the space that will display your newly hand painted piece of furniture?
Colour and design:
If you have a clear vision of what you want that's great!
If not, we will look at colour, and overall design ideas together.
The 3 P's Process:
✅ • Prep Work: Deep cleaning inside and out, necessary minor structural repairs, sanding, degreasing and priming.
✅ • Painting: Two to three coats of premium, low-VOC furniture paint in your selected custom colour.
✅ • Protection: Two coats of a durable, furniture-grade topcoat/sealer for maximum protection if requested.
✅ • Hardware Refresh: Cleaning and polishing existing hardware, or assistance with selecting and sourcing new hardware
(cost of new hardware is billed separately).
Guide price:
Exact pricing will be calculated depending on the individual piece of furniture whether your own or sourced for you and the complexity of the design.
Deposit and Booking:
Once we have the furniture style and maximum size decided, I will ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your Custom Order.
I will then look into sourcing your perfectly sized piece of furniture and secure a time slot in my Custom Orders Diary.
I will check in with you by way of photos and dimensions BEFORE I make the purchase of your furniture piece to ensure it is exactly what you want.
(The deposit will cover sourcing, purchasing the furniture piece, including delivery to my workshop studio along with supplies needed to complete the work with the remaining monies due on completion)
Final design:
Your final colour and design choice will be discussed at this point to ensure you are happy with your choices and I am crystal clear with what you would like!
Lead time:
Work on your bespoke piece of furniture will commence from the agreed booking date and will usually take approximately 14-21 days to complete. During this time we will stay in touch and I will send you updates on progress.
Delivery:
Delivery is FREE to the majority of mainland UK. Once you have provided your postcode I can confirm this. Delivery to Wales, Scotland, The Isles or Inner London may incur an additional fee.
Courier Services Information:
Your hand finished piece of furniture will be carefully protected for transit by blankets, bubblewrap and shrink wrap and will be delivered by a Specialist Furniture Courier to your front door at pavement level.
As the courier will be travelling alone - assistance will be required to offload and take the piece to your front door.
(Please request a 2-man service if required. This will incur an additional cost)
